The Skeptics Society is a non-profit member-supported 501(c)(3) organization whose goal is to promote science and critical thinking through educational outreach in all forms of media, including: radio, TV, web, print and social networks. We accomplish this through our website, our podcasts, our international quarterly magazine, our Distinguished Lecture Series at Caltech, and our free, weekly email newsletter, eSkeptic.
Your donation dollars allow Dr. Michael Shermer to continue making important media appearances around the country and around the world, debunking pseudoscientific theories, providing a scientific viewpoint on fraudulent claims, and publishing the monthly “Skeptic” column in Scientific American. In addition, your support helps fund important, educational youth projects such as our full-color, illustrated, hardcover kids’ book, Evolution.
